We always offer the best prices before getting the orders, then send clients the digital production artworks for final approval. Pre-production samples are available if clients request. Sample images and mass production images will be passed to clients too before  samples or mass production products are sent out. We will check the shipment  schedules once it is sent out via courier or airfreight or seafreight and issue the updated information to clients accordingly. To consult clients about the quality of shipment so that we can learn about if our products are satisfied or some aspects are needed to be improved..
