There are various production ways that can be applied for promotional keyrings. Promotional keyrings not only be made by iron, but also can be made by copper or zinc alloy materials. Zinc alloy is competitive in unit price but lighter in weight compared to promotional keyrings made of brass or copper. Brass or copper material is more expensive but solid & heavier.

Colours of promotional keyrings can be filled with imitation hard enamel (also called new enamel) or soft enamel, designs with no colour filled are also streamline products. Custom logos can be printed or laser engraved on blank/smooth surface of promotional keyrings. Stamped blank promotional keyrings with printing or laser engraved is recommended for personalized/individualized contents, also can use existing moulds with printing stickers in order to save not only mould cost but also with quicker delivery time.
Promotional keyrings designs are with the inner cutouts, can be made in zinc alloy without any cutting die charge required, also quicker delivery time for zinc alloy process because there is no need to cut die.
