In the past, when the logo on soft enamel pins was slightly complex or when the size was limited, we used to simplify the lines or details on the pattern to solve this problem. Since we had the UV printing machine, this problem has been completely solved.

UV printing is a kind of printing non-contact with objects。Because of this, it can easily print patterns on the soft enamel pins surface which is recessed from the metal line.

The design stored in the computer connected to the UV printing machine can be printed onto our soft enamel pins /keyrings/medals etc neither film nor screen necessary. Whether it is a single color pattern, full-color pattern or a pattern with excessive colors, it can be printed out at one time by CMYK colors.

In addition, UV printing can also be used for hard enamel or uncolored metal surfaces and the UV printed patterns are clearer and cleaner than screen printed patterns. Also the UV printing can reduce the cost and shorten the production time of the metal pins, medals and keyrings
