The stamp keychain is manufactured by the stamping process, which usually involves placing the metal sheet under the mould, and then using the punching pressure to make the metal sheet plastic deformation, so as to obtain the desired shape of the key ring. Zinc alloy injection is manufactured by injection process. In this process, molten zinc alloy is injected into a mould, and then cooled and solidified to obtain the desired shape of the key ring. Injection  process can manufacture complex shapes, precise sizes of products。

The thickness of stamp keychain is limited by the material and size, which can not be very thick or thin, generally about 1.5-2.5mm depending on designs and sizes。 In contrast, zinc alloy Keychain has a wider range of options  of thicknesses and shapes.
