Kotar: Yes, of course. Our main work is producing customized items.
3. Q:What's process do you suggest if I would like to have high quality personalized magnets on low budget?
Kotar: Material Iron with soft enamel processes is a good choice. . Zinc alloy soft enamel is recommended of big sizes more than 50mm or thick thickness ex. 3mm up.
4. Q:What format of designs do you accept?
Kotar: Adobe Illustrator and PDF files are the best, PS, PNG and JPEG are workable for some occasions.
5. Q:What is the MOQ ?
Kotar: 50pcs for most of our products. We are glad to help you with any designs.
6.Q:What is the time frame for sampling or the mass production ?
Kotar: Generally, it takes 5-7 working days for counter sample and 7 working days for mass production. The time might be varied subject to the production and quantity.
7. Q:What is the warranty?
Kotar : we’ll keep the mould for 2 years from last production, no mold charge will be collect for any re-order during this period of time.
8. Q:What guarantee do I have since we have to pay all before delivery?
Kotar:Our factory have been in this field since 1998 ,and have our own QC team to make sure quality. Pictures of shipping samples are available under request.
9. Q:How do I pay for my order?
Kotar: Western Union and T/T are the most convenient.
10. Q:What delivery ways are available?
Kotar: FedEx, DHL, UPS , TNT, AIR ,SEA subject to the urgency of the time clients need goods in hand and budget of shipping cost.
